Reading chats and tickets on a phone

Conversation headings wrap to leave room for the controls on a narrow screen. Long conversation names can still be shortened, but the controls retain their space. The reason a chat appears in your active list wraps onto another line.

Long words in ticket titles and activity previews wrap on phone-sized screens. Open Messages, a ticket list or your activity page in a phone browser to use these improvements. They apply to everyone without an extra setup step.

These changes improve the existing layout; they do not make every long name or preview visible in full. Wider desktop views keep their existing text layout.
