Registered when: imports.enabled on by default, CRM flags, admin, never runner.

import_commit

Commit requires a person browser session. MCP machine credentials are refused by the real commit route; hand the report hash to an org admin.

import_dry_run

Plan a generic or HighLevel CRM CSV import from exactly one of inline csv or a canonical attachmentId. File access, byte and row limits apply. No CRM writes or consent; review reportSha256 before a person commits.
