Registered when: platform agentQueue.enabled (on by default); org bot keys read and enqueue, people reorder.
agent_queue_enqueue
Add a ticket to the end of your org agent queue (idempotent: an already-queued ticket keeps the place its owners gave it).

agent_queue_list
Your org's agent work queue in owner order, with each item's paused/pinned flags and liveness proof.
No parameters.

agent_queue_next
The work item your org owners want an agent to launch NEXT (pinned first, then owner order; paused, blocked and closed items are never next). Call this before starting any new item and launch only what it returns. next=null means nothing is launchable.
