Registered when: org: automations.enabled, crm.enabled and crm.api.enabled (all on by default); never a runner key. Workflows have no mail sending action.

automation_create

Create a CRM workflow. dryRun records planned steps. No mail sending action.

automation_runs

Read paged workflow outcomes and step history; pass nextCursor as cursor for older runs. A webhook step is queued until the delivery log confirms its transport.
