What this key can do in its organization, right now: each feature's state (on / off / not_configured / client_side) and what is missing, the key's scopes, families and ceilings, rate limits and quotas, billing and BYOK state, the server version, and links to the OpenAPI document, changelog and docs. Call it first when you are unsure whether something is available. Read-only.

What GoodQA shipped, per release: id, release, status (shipped/candidate), date, sourceSha, area, summary, breaking, docs. Pass since (a YYYY-MM-DD date, or a release id to get only LATER releases). Read-only.
