remote-usage

Registered when: platform: usage.metering (on by default); every organization key lists the tools, while routes enforce the key's own org and org-admin authority; usage_model_record additionally requires usage:write; never a runner key (nor a persona key to record).

usage_get

Read this key's organization usage for one calendar month (UTC): AI tokens, requests and cost, embedding calls, build-farm and managed-hosting host-hours, storage bytes, total cost in micro-USD and the advisory budget state (none/ok/warning/over). Read-only. Needs an org admin key.

usage_model_record

Record what agents spent on model calls: 1 to 500 events, each with a unique externalRef (your idempotency key), provider, model, engine, token counts and costMicroUsd (integer micro-USD; you price it). IDEMPOTENT: an externalRef this org already recorded comes back recorded:false and changes nothing, so a retry is always safe. The batch is atomic (a bad event rejects all of it). METERING ONLY: nothing is charged. Writes to the key's own org; needs the explicit-only usage:write key family and an org admin; runner and persona keys are refused.

usage_model_summary

Read this key's organization's MODEL SPEND for one calendar month (UTC): what its agents (Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Muse, QA Commander lanes) spent on model calls, grouped by model, engine, agent, lane or day, with totals (events, input/output/cache tokens, cost in micro-USD). Read-only. The org is the key's org. Needs the usage key family (or none) and an org admin; runner keys are refused.
