outreach_log_manual_send

Log ONE email already sent from the owner-selected mailbox/provider in sender. Omit sender only for legacy account-email accounting. Person-reported, never delivered; the report proves neither ownership nor provider delivery. Writes a CRM email activity, counts sender usage and schedules an authored email follow-up sequence. Requires a recorded published-business-contact basis and address source; suppressed or unsubscribed contacts are refused. Choose sequenceId if several exist; no sequence or delay is invented. Reuse clientRequestId only for the same report. Bots preserve their reporter identity on behalf of the credential owner. This tool never sends mail.
