remote-agent-ops-lanes
Registered when: platform: mcp.agentOps + org: coordinator.bootstrap (both on by default); the coordinator route decides the key.
lanes_list
List the open work lanes on the org's Coordinator project (each lane ticket with its fields: owner, state, last checkpoint), newest first. Lighter than coordinator_bootstrap when you only need the lanes. setupRequired means the org has no Coordinator project yet.
