outreach_daily_prepare_batch

Prepare/replay the daily candidate batch using the existing owner playbook and timezone. Requires live project PM authority. Never approves research, imports contacts, installs a timer or sends.

outreach_daily_prepare_draft

Prepare/replay one revision-bound draft from a current, approved/imported batch candidate and an approved template. Returns the exact preview for the existing owner approval desk. No approval, scheduling or delivery.
