remote-memory-service
Registered when: MEMORY_SERVICE_ENABLED (on by default), explicit memory family and live org/project permissions; human sessions approve.
memory_get
Read one knowledge entry by id, including its history pointers. Scratch state that overwrites belongs in remember/recall; durable knowledge with history and search belongs here. Results arrive as {org, dataTrust:"untrusted", notice, data}; errors as {org, error}. Never store a secret: a secret-shaped title or body is refused whole (422 secret_in_memory). Set store:"memory" to read one scoped memory and its visible version history; projectId selects a project context. The org comes from the authenticated credential; project access is checked live. Agents may propose only; a signed-in org admin approves and manages versions.

memory_propose
Propose a sourced fact, preference, decision or rule for human review. Supply a real chat message, issue or issue-comment pointer, its author and timestamp, and SHA-256 of its complete text. human_statement evidence is session-only. This creates proposed content; it never activates a rule. The org comes from the authenticated credential; project access is checked live. Agents may propose only; a signed-in org admin approves and manages versions.

memory_search
Full-text search of the knowledge you may read in this organization (newest first, 20 by default). Hides superseded, forgotten and expired entries unless asked. Scratch state that overwrites belongs in remember/recall; durable knowledge with history and search belongs here. Results arrive as {org, dataTrust:"untrusted", notice, data}; errors as {org, error}. Never store a secret: a secret-shaped title or body is refused whole (422 secret_in_memory). Set store:"memory" to search the new org/project memory and rules service with provenance, trust state, history and expiry. sourceAuthorId filters the original source person; createdBy filters the principal who submitted the proposal. The org comes from the authenticated credential; project access is checked live. Agents may propose only; a signed-in org admin approves and manages versions.

memory_update
Approve, replace, retract or restore a memory version with an expected version and reason. Requires a signed-in admin session; API keys cannot promote or manage memory.
