GoodQA ("the Service") is provided by GoodQA. By creating an account or using the web app, browser extension, desktop app, iOS app, or Android app, you agree to these terms. The Service is currently in beta and provided on an as-is basis.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content your team submits. Don't use the Service to store unlawful content or to violate others' rights, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
Recordings & connected repos
You are responsible for having the right to record the screens, meetings, and people you capture, and for complying with applicable consent laws. When you connect a code repository, you grant the GoodQA GitHub App permission to read your code, create issues, and open pull requests. GoodQA analyzes your code and creates issues as part of normal use. GoodQA does not write to your repository — including opening a pull request — unless your organization explicitly turns on Fix Studio's optional pull-request feature, which is off by default.
Billing
The free tier is offered during beta. Paid plans, if enabled for your organization, are billed via Stripe per the plan you select and are cancellable from your billing settings.

Referral program
If your organization is eligible for and participates in GoodQA's referral program, the following terms apply to any referral code, credit, trial extension, or other reward ("referral reward") offered under it, in addition to the rest of these Terms:
- A referral reward is non-transferable and may only be applied to the organization it was issued to.
- A referral reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for cash or any other consideration.
- A referral reward expires if unused within the period stated when it was issued.
- A referral reward is forfeited on cancellation of the account it was issued to, whether the reward had vested or was still pending.
- GoodQA may claw back any referral reward, and suspend further participation in the program, if we determine — acting reasonably — that it was earned through fraud, abuse, self-referral, or a violation of these Terms.
- GoodQA reserves the right to modify or withdraw the referral program, in whole or in part, at any time, including changing reward amounts, eligibility, or vesting conditions for referrals not yet rewarded.
- Sharing is limited to the referral code or link GoodQA provides to you. GoodQA does not send referral invitations by email, SMS, or any other channel on your behalf, and does not offer a contacts-import or bulk-invite feature — how and with whom you share your code or link is entirely up to you.
Liability & changes
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited. We may update the Service and these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. See our Privacy Policy.
